To operate the App, maintain your session, and improve the user experience, the App may store limited information locally on your device, such as:

4. Device Permissions and Access

The App may request access to certain device capabilities only when needed for a feature you choose to use.

Camera Permission

The App may request camera access for purposes such as:

• Scanning barcodes for product or design workflows
• Capturing payment proof images
• Capturing expense or supporting field proof images

If you deny camera access, features that depend on image capture or barcode scanning may not work properly.

Photos or Media Library Permission
The App may request access to photos or media on your device so that you can:
• Select and upload payment proof images
• Select and upload expense proof images
• Attach existing images relevant to permitted workflows
If you deny this permission, image upload features may not work properly.
Location
Based on the current App workflows reviewed for this version, the App is not intended to collect precise device location as a core feature for normal operation. If location-related functionality is added in a future version, this Privacy Policy may be updated before or when that functionality becomes available.

5. How We Share Information

We may share information only as reasonably necessary in the following circumstances:
• With hosting, cloud storage, authentication, infrastructure, and technical service providers that help operate the App
